Cynthia is a trilingual senior executive with extensive track records in market research, marketing and strategic advice. Her strongly client-oriented strategic vision enables her to identify growth opportunities for our clients, ways to adapt solutions to the needs of specific markets and multicultural environments and provide compelling tactical and strategic insights and advice.
Cynthia is currently Vice President, in charge of Nielsen Consumer Insights Canada for the sectors of Media, Technology and Telecommunications, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality.
As such, Cynthia leads our Canadian team dedicated to design and implement research projects across a broad range of practices such as Customer Experience, Market and Brand Assessment, Segmentation and Innovation. Along with her team she dedicates herself to deliver the best-in-class solutions, services and advise to support clients achieving their business outcomes.
