A former Cannes judge and voted one of Canada’s top copywriters, Glen is among the leading figures in the Canadian marketing communications creative community. A copywriter and conceptualizer by trade, Glen has been the creative driving force behind many of Canada’s most talked-about and influential integrated communications campaigns, including the current award-winning "Cheerios Effect" campaign for General Mills. Another campaign he worked on, the multi-faceted campaign “Moments” for luxury car brand Lexus not only successfully resulted in double digit growth and established Lexus as a leader in its category, but also helped draw wide industry attention to a revitalized Dentsu agency brand.

Glen has also, quite literally, brought the nation to its feet. As the creative inspiration behind the intensely moving “I Am Canadian ‘Rant’” commercial for Molson Canadian beer, Glen helped orchestrate a nation-wide celebration in support of the commercial and the Molson Canadian brand. The spot was turned into a rallying point for Canadians through the live airing of the spot and personal appearances by The Rant’s star performer as well as look-alikes at hockey rinks, cinemas and other public venues across the country. 

Throughout his career, Glen has developed “big organizing ideas” for brands seeking to align, integrate, engage and inspire internal customers (employees), external customers and drive profits. Glen has worked as an independent strategic consultant, a copywriter, and creative director at such agencies as Dentsu, Bensimon Byrne, Ammirati Puris Lintas, Lowe Roche, JWT and Young and Rubicam.
